Training games (i.e. specific practice games with reduced-sized teams on smaller playing areas) are the core element training.

訓練中的對抗練習是訓練中的重點(例如:小范圍內人數較少的對抗練習)

Such games allow real match situations, either attacking or defensive ones, to be simulated or adapted where necessary.

這種練習方法更加貼近實戰。能夠充分調動攻守雙方的積極性并且結合實際比賽的情況。

They also exert a positive influence on the emotional behaviour of the players; this not only makes the training activity attractive for them, but also more dynamic and intense (usually resulting in total commitment on the part of the players).

這樣的練習方法對隊員的思想意識產生積極地影響;這不僅能夠提高他們對練習的積極性,同時也增加了訓練的靈活性和強度(通常會使部分隊員建立起責任感)

The pitch size needs to be reduced during a training session, thereby allowing the number of individual ball touches to be increased.

在訓練中,減小場地的范圍從而達到增加隊員觸球次數的目的。

Playing on a reduced-size pitch increases the possibility for anticipated moves (dribbling, feints, receiving the ball, short passing and shooting), simple technical/tactical actions and putting players under pressure.

在小范圍內進行練習會增加隊員采取預判動作的可能性(帶球,假動作,接球,短傳和射門),簡單的技戰術行動,同時防守方增加了逼搶的力度。

 

There is no point in organising a training game without reference to the objectives of the training session.

所有的練習內容都要有清晰的訓練目的和主題

The coach should prepare the game with these factors :

教練員在準備練習的要點:

The dimension of the pitch (small or medium-sized)

場地范圍(小或中等大小)

Goals or no goals (full-sized goals, small goals)

有無球門(標準球門,小門)

The number of players (emphasis on the individual or the whole team)

隊員數量(重點在各體隊員或整體)

The rules of the game (how the game will be played, the number of passes and ball touches allowed)

比賽規則(如何進行比賽,傳球次數和觸球次數)

Particular instructions (on technical and tactical aspects)

具體的指導(技戰術方面)

Equipment required (balls, cones)

訓練器材的準備(球,標志物…)

 

 There are several types of game for use in training:

不同的比賽設置方法

Free games (allowing full freedom of expression, spontaneity and creativity)

自由比賽(讓隊員充分發揮自己的能力,調動自主性和創造性)

Controlled games (where play is stopped to highlight and correct mistakes)

指導比賽(當隊員出現問題時叫停,說明問題并糾正)

Games with a theme (with the introduction of a specific theme. Example: Emphasis on wing play to work on crosses and direct finishing from crosses

帶有具體主題的比賽(具體主題的設置,例如:邊路傳中包抄射門)

It is important to stress that these training games must be accompanied by relevant training exercises.

重要的是所有比賽的進行都要與先關的練習相結合

 

Playing with goals (either large or small goals) increases the playersmotivation, as it is similar to a real competitive match. Its also possible to have more than two goals, and with Goal without goalkeeper.

練習中設置球門可以調動隊員的積極性(標準或小球門), 因為這樣更接近于實戰。也可以才用兩個以上數量的球門,可以設置或不設置守門員

However, games where no goals are used (to work on gradual build-up attacks or retaining of possession) can be given a competitive element. Examples :

但是,無球門的練習也可以有很高的對抗性(提高控球進攻或者控制球權的能力)例如:

Points are awarded for a series of passes (10 consecutive passes) or for a sequence of one-twos.

達到一定傳球次數得一分(連續10次傳球…)或者連續打二打一

Points are won by stopping the ball behind the opposite defensive line.

或者踩線得分

Game with a different number of players (4 v 3, 3 v 2) :

比賽雙方人數不等(4v3, 3v2...

This game reinforces the confidence of the team that has the numerical advantage

人數較多一方會更加自信

In contrast, however, it poses an increased difficulty for the team with fewer players, especially in respect of their physical condition, mental attitude and the technical/tactical work that they have to do.

相反, 增加了人數較少一方的難度,尤其是在身體方面,思想狀態和技戰術運用上

This situation can help to increase the quality of play of the team that has more players.

有助于提高人數較多一方攻守的質量

Handicaps can be introduced in the game. Example : number of touches limited for the team who has one more player.

增加特殊的規定:例如:限制人數較多一方隊員的觸球次數
